Senior Director, Operations/Project Management Services

A matrix-driven senior leader with extensive project execution experience achieving world-class results in the semiconductor, life sciences, infrastructure, manufacturing, and commercial construction industries with a primary focus on large-scale projects with values typically ranging up to $1B. Delivered a variety of notable large-scale high-tech and life sciences projects for high-profile clients throughout the US. Has a broad and successful track record as a member of project leadership teams for several Joint Venture partnerships as well as integrated project management teams (IPMT) and seamlessly integrates with teams from varying diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Dallas holds a Bachelor of Science in construction management from Boise State University with expertise in the preconstruction and project services life cycles from inception through closeout. Specializing in organizational structure, leadership, and efficient execution on a global scale, leading large teams on complex projects.

Siobhan Doyle
Director, Technical Services

Siobhan drives productive client collaboration, leveraging her design expertise to maintain engineering boundaries and identify risks to concepts and vision in the early stages of project development.

Brian Rickert
Director, Technical Services

Brian ensures that customer needs are being addressed and will identify opportunities for capital efficiency, maximizing output and the long term total cost of ownership.

Brian will be heavily engaged during scope development, programming, and the SD phases of design enabling robust decision making processes with proper owner engagement, resulting in the right solution for each unique project.
